Rule 63
Post Box As Delivery Facility
In order to use the facility of a post box for the  delivery of unregistered and charges already paid for postal articles, the concerned addressee shall be liable to pay a fee as prescribed by the Government of Nepal. Such fee must be paid in cash to the Chief of the concerned post office. The post office where a post box may be kept and the conditions, restrictions, and procedure related to it shall be as prescribed by the Director General.
